Services

Sub-Rosa Investigations

Insurance fraud is an $80 billion crime wave. It hurts the public by driving up insurance prices. In California, workers' compensation fraud extorts an estimated $1 to $3 billion a year out of employers. The growth in fraud committed by organized criminals, workers' compensation, disability, and vehicle-injury claimants prompts insurers to retain the services of highly trained, professional private investigators. At Christopher Webster Investigations (CWI), we verify claims and make it easier to control costs and deliver ROI that stakeholders seek to earn. Results-oriented attorneys, insurance companies, and third-party claims administrators have come to CWI with confidence since 1987, to follow so-called "injured" employees and videotape their every move. CWI helps protect against insurance claim and underwriting fraud, scams, as well as identify cheaters / malingering claimants.

Security Consultations

Today’s business and government leaders are looking into new ways to protect their organizations and society from being victimized by the world’s unscrupulous criminal element. At CWI, we provide peace of mind by understanding your security challenges and finding solutions that enable you to make sound decisions about your needs. Evaluating your company’s risk and vulnerabilities is the key critical step in the development of a feasible security program. In addition, this vital step is also an important requirement to modify your existing security programs. With American businesses, executives, and their families being increasingly more attractive targets for terrorism, kidnapping, and extortion, CWI can assist you in creating and establishing your unique corporate security program.

Witness Location and Interviews

Today’s investigation work involves more paperwork research and background checks than digging through garbage and spying on people in dark alleys. CWI offers an array of services to secure evidence for use in court. From asset identification to analyzing evidentiary materials, CWI can provide the intelligence you need to proceed with confidence. We can even help you recover computer files and emails.

Whatever your need, we investigate the identity, business, occupation, character, and so forth of a person (or people) so that you have the information you require to make good judgment decisions. CWI professionals are able to provide credible testimony as, experts in the insurance industry.

Trial Preparation

The weeks before a trial can be very chaotic. At CWI, we understand that lead attorneys can be overwhelmed with enormous responsibilities that can have a colossal impact on the outcome of a trial. From the smallest details to deciding on the theory of the case, assembling the right team is critical. Managing all these dire tasks while maintaining focus and perspective is a Herculean task even for the most experienced trial attorney. CWI does surveillance and undercover operations, locates missing persons, and does process serving and personal profiles -- which includes checking on a mate or potential mate, a nanny or day-care center, house cleaner or tenant. You have a choice. Contact CWI, you can count on us -- to help you prevail. cwebster@cwipi.com
